Whistleblower Form
The Whistleblower form is for possible accounting, auditing or ethics violations in compliance with TARC Policy 04-038, Whistleblower Policy, and Policy 04-039, Deficit Reduction Act of 2005; Fraud and Abuse. This web form allows for the submission of a concern to be simultaneously sent to both TARC Board Treasurers and the Director of Human Resources.
