TARC’s Assistive Technology department enhances participation and engagement for individuals with disabilities by leveraging innovative tools and personalized solutions. The team combines experience and expertise to create unique opportunities, including access to computer centers, adaptive equipment, a lending library, and specialized programs. Collaborating with families and professionals, our assistive technology specialists identify and implement supports and adaptations tailored to individuals with developmental disabilities or delays. These supports may include adapted toys, custom seating equipment, innovative computer software or apps, and tools to assist with job-related tasks.

Assistive Technology services are available to individuals enrolled in TARC programs. While TARC primarily provides these services to program participants, referrals from the community may also be considered on a case-by-case basis.
