TARC Industries offers work training services in a production-based environment with support tailored to each individual’s skills and desires. The programs are designed to increase work skills, knowledge, and teamwork. Individuals must be 25 years of age or older.

Will I be paid?
Yes. all work training is compensated based on your personal productivity.
Do I have to be 25 years old before I can try TARC Industries?
Not necessarily. Some exceptions exist if you have completed Vocational Rehabilitation and worked with your team through school on employment goals.
Can individuals attend Avenues Day Services and TARC Industries?
YES! In fact, both programs are in the Day & work Services Division of TARC so individuals can attend both programs with only one application process.
