Supporting Employment Goals with Specialized Programs

TARC Industries offers work training services in a production-based environment with support tailored to each individual’s skills and desires. The programs are designed to increase work skills, knowledge, and teamwork. Individuals must be 25 years of age or older.

Our work programs are focused on the development of skills necessary for successful employment:

  • Teamwork
  • Communication development with co-workers and supervisors
  • Self-advocacy
  • Peer-to-peer training
  • Work stamina and health programs
  • Work safety programs
  • Paid work training program focused on personal productivity

Yes. all work training is compensated based on your personal productivity.

Not necessarily. Some exceptions exist if you have completed Vocational Rehabilitation and worked with your team through school on employment goals.

YES! In fact, both programs are in the Day & work Services Division of TARC so individuals can attend both programs with only one application process.
