What are Enclaves?
An enclave is a contracted training work site, often employing multiple people, working together as a team. These sites are used for assessment and skill development. Wages are paid to the employees by TARC.

We assist individuals in securing a variety of jobs based on their skills, interests, and goals, including opportunities in retail, food service, office support, and more.
Yes, TARC offers personalized support, including job coaching, training, and advocacy, to help individuals succeed and grow in their roles.

There is no cost for eligible individuals who are funded either through Vocational Rehabilitation or the HCBS Waiver program.
