Happy Halloween

We had a great time celebrating Halloween here at TARC. In the morning people took turns passing out sweet candies to all of the little trick or treaters.

It was a lot of fun seeing all of the unique Halloween costumes. In the afternoon we enjoyed delicious homemade chicken and noodles that were prepared by participants in our cook-ing classes.

Later that day we enjoyed games, music and fun Halloween treats. We even had a costume contest which everyone loved. All in all it was a Spooktacular day!
