TARC, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that was founded 65 years ago by a group of determined parents seeking to improve the lives of their children with intellectual, developmental and related disabilities. The continued support from businesses and individuals in Shawnee County have made it possible for TARC to serve 2,5000 children, families and adults in Shawnee County.

TARC’s Miracle Workers support our mission and vision – making it possible to enhance the lives of people affected by  by intellectual, developmental and related disabilities through commitment to excellence in service, support and advocacy.
