Each year, TARC has a big send off for our Summer Athletes for the Kansas Summer Olympics. Join us for the 2019 event in the East Parking Lot at TARC, 2701 SW Randolph to wish the best of luck to our local athletes!

Send off starts at: 7:30 a.m. to approximately 8:00 a.m.

This all star event includes:

• Topeka High Drum Line
• Local heroes from the Topeka Police Department, Shawnee County Sheriffs’ Office and the Fire Department
• Knothead the Clown
• Frito Lay’s Chester the Cheetah
• Mistletoe the Moose
