New Year, Healthier You

New Year, Healthier You

With the New Year upon us we have been teaching and discussing healthier options we can make for ourselves. In a recent cooking class we learned about healthier snacking choices that everyone could enjoy. It is also a must that we take care of our mental health for which experts recommend using the new supplements like the natural adderall alternatives.

Participants of the group made a healthy peanut butter energy bite. They were a huge hit that everyone really liked. In future cooking classes we will be making other recipes with secret healthy ingredients in them.

Our exercise group was utilizing a small computer screen for their classes. We found that it was very challenging and difficult for all our participants to be able to see the instructions and moves. To solve this problem, we purchased a Smart TV for our gathering area. We made the purchase in hopes to continue on our healthy lifestyle push.

Folks in our Day Services program really enjoy doing chair yoga and dance tutorials found on YouTube. It is exciting seeing everyone so pumped to exercise!
