1990's

By the end of the 90’s TARC had over 100 employees, we continued to grow in the number of persons served directly to over 250. In the 90’s, we launched our Assistive Technology and Therapy division.

We also began providing services for children in “natural environments” as federally mandated.

In 1995, Kansas enacted the Developmental Disabilities Reform Act which included the beginning of TARC’s Community Developmental Disabilities Organization (CDDO) Department to implement the provisions of the Act.
