Art from the Heart
TARC’s Art Center is where those we serve love to express themselves through art. They participate in our Art from the Heart, a structured class offered twice a week is taught by an instructor from Washburn University. Our Art Program offers a variety of adapted pieces of equipment to ensure that all have the opportunity to be creative and express themselves. All adaptive equipment is operated by a big mac switch. We use a variety of media including: paint, photography and mixed media arts.

$15 Various Art Supplies Your support will help TARC’s Day Services continue to provide the structured art classes to participants at no cost to the participants. Your $15 donation will help us purchase the following items:
- No Spill Paint Pots
- Washable Markers (packs of 100)
- Tempura Paint (metallic)
- Liquid Water Colors (metallic, glitter, fluorescent and assorted)
- Large Brush Sets
- Gallon of Elmer’s glue
$40 Water Soluble Paint Set Your contribution of $40 will get us 1/3 of the way to purchase a large set of water soluble pastel paints. Paints will be used in our Art from the Heart classes to allow our artists to continue to express themselves and create beautiful artwork.
$50 Your support will help TARC’s Day Services purchase the needed supplies to complete a second mosaic bird bath. The bird bath is enjoyed by all Day Services participants and is a beautiful addition to our outdoor area. (Two available)
$60 One Art Session Your support will help TARC’s Day Services continue to provide the structured art classes to participants at no cost to the participants.
