March is OUR Month!

In 1987 President Ronald Reagan proclaimed March “Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month.” The deinstitutionalization movement of the 70’s and early 80’s laid a foundation for significant social change in the way people with developmental disabilities are viewed.

The presidential proclamation called upon Americans to provide the “encouragement and opportunities” necessary for people with developmental disabilities to reach their full potential.

Feeding may seem like a basic skill, but for some it's a challenge

We are a proud provider for North East Kansas with expertise targeting individuals with developmental, intellectual and related disabilities.
