Journey of Hope Arriving Soon!
Join TARC as we welcome the Journey of Hope Cyclists from the TransAmerican Route! The members of Phi Kappa Pi spend their summer riding across the country to raise funds and awareness for persons with disabilities.
Welcome the cyclists with us on Sunday, July 17 at Noon here at TARC, 2701 SW Randolph!
We are a proud provider for North East Kansas with expertise targeting individuals with developmental, intellectual and related disabilities.
A new warm and inviting space houses our Health Center where those we serve receive medical treatment and have access to quality direct support professionals, a nurse and a Restorative Aide. Our staff specializes in service those with high medical needs including:
- Tube feedings
- Insulin Shots
- Medication administration and
- Wellness monitoring.

TARC’s Day Services participate in our Art from the Heart Program, an unfunded, structured art class that provides an outlet to express themselves. Notecards and Greeting cards featuring their original and beautiful art work are available for purchase and customization, all proceeds benefit TARC’s Art from the Heart Program.
